50 First Avenue rises high in the Maroochydore City Centre skyline
Construction is powering ahead at 50 First Avenue as the structure approaches its halfway point.
Following the recent completion of the fourth and final level of the car park, our partners at Binah Constructions are now pouring the first levels of office floors.

The grand lobby is also making terrific strides with the concrete structure poured and formwork removed, revealing the impressive scale and grandeur that will soon welcome every visitor. Blockwork and essential services are progressing steadily, shaping the entrance, retail spaces and end-of-trip facilities, bringing our key spaces to life.
One unique aspect of the in-ground works was connecting 50 First Avenue to Australia’s first city-wide Automatic Waste Collection System, which will transport waste to a collection station at the edge of the city. These works will contribute to our goal of making the tower the Sunshine Coast's most sustainable commercial tower.
