Deloitte takes key tenancy at Festival Tower bringing 1000 jobs to Adelaide
Deloitte Australia is embarking on a major growth strategy in South Australia, announcing it will create 1000 new jobs in Adelaide’s CBD, at its brand new headquarters in Walker Corporation’s Festival Tower.

Deloitte will occupy four floors of Festival Tower, Adelaide’s most premium office space, increasing its staff to 1500 over the next 3 years.

Festival Tower will be the most sustainable office building in Adelaide with a 6 star Green star rating and 5.5 star NABERS rating.
Walker Chief Executive Officer David Gallant said Deloitte’s move to Festival Tower reaffirms its position as the number one place to do business in Adelaide.

More than 4,000 workers will call Festival Tower home from 2023 while over a thousand jobs are being created during the construction of the 29-level tower, delivering a vital employment boost to the state’s economy.
